Rosita was actually an agent of my landlady who was selling the unit. Rosita has helped me find a new unit to rent. She was actually very useful because she was up-to-date about the sale of my old unit and she always kept me updated about everything. Once the unit was sold and I was served with N12 form, Rosita was sending me any offers that were within the requirements that I gave her. The truth is there weren't a lot of offers but that was out of her control. What I also liked is that I didn't feel pushed to rent any of the apartments. Some agents can make you feel like you really have to rent a unit because they just want to get rid of you. Rosita was always patient and she understood if I didn't like a specific unit for whatever reason. In the end, we found a unit and Rosita quickly scheduled a viewing and once I made a decision, she was quick to put in an offer for me. Rosita's communication was great, her responses were always fast. Beyond that, Rosita also walked me through the payment process as I was still confused about the Canadian outdated banking system. Once my offer to rent was accepted, Rosita walked me through the whole lease and all the rules and explained to me whether some rule is standard or not. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rosita for anyone looking to rent. I am enjoying my new unit and I would really like to thank Rosita for her work and for helping me.
