Rosie is the best! She is very quick to respond to any questions with correct information. She kept our expectations in check and was able to help us see through "list prices" and tell us what the places we were interested in would actually sell for (and she was pretty much bang on each time). She made the process of making offers simple for us and guided us through it with patience and grace. Her years of experience in the industry allowed her to provide the type of insights that we don't think we would've had with a less seasoned agent. Overall we were very happy with Rosie as our agent and we will not look for any housing in the future without her by our side.
