Rosie recently helped my partner and I find our first home and we are so lucky to have had Rosie recommended to us by a friend. She was very professional and knowledgeable and we really felt like we were in good hands. We learned so much from her! She was very easy to get in touch with and we were impressed by her quick answers and her going out of her way to help us with every aspect of our purchase. Her negotiation skills are a cut above and she even hooked us up with our real estate lawyer who was great! On top of being the best real estate agent ever, she is such a lovely person! Rosie is the best! She is very quick to respond to any questions with correct information. She kept our expectations in check and was able to help us see through "list prices" and tell us what the places we were interested in would actually sell for (and she was pretty much bang on each time). She made the process of making offers simple for us and guided us through it with patience and grace. Her years of experience in the industry allowed her to provide the type of insights that we don't think we would've had with a less seasoned agent. Overall we were very happy with Rosie as our agent and we will not look for any housing in the future without her by our side.
