Ron was fare with his evaluation we went in a little high but we both knew that but we got more than another appraisal from another realtor wanted to list it for from the beginning. Ron done an amazing job with the videos and pictures. He had my wife, me and himself on a group text so everyone was on the same page which was perfect. Ron was working till 11:30pm the night of the sale to ensure the deal was signed. Also Ron had alot more patience than me to be dealing with the buyers.... Lol

Ron is an outstanding real estate agent. He provided us with his services when we purchased our home and again, when we sold. Ron is very knowledgable and professional. He hadprovided leadership and supported us throughout the purchasing and selling process. We highly recommend Ron.

This was our second experience with Ron and just like our first encounter, Ron's expertise, experience and professionalism did not disappoint. About 3 years ago, Ron worked with us to help us through the difficult time of selling my brother's home as part of his estate settlement. It was reassuring to have Ron take the reigns and guide us through the process, getting us an above asking price and the sale settled in less than 3 days, Given that success, it only made sense to us to solicit Ron's help once again when, as empty nester, we decided it was time to downsize our home. Little did we or Ron realize that what should have been a straight forward sale would become a bit of a roller coaster of challenges and frustration. Indeed, if it weren't for Ron's confidence in his ability to help us sell our home at full price, we would have rescinded our decision to sell and would have remained in our home. We were very proud of our home and had invested a great deal of time, energy and money into keeping it in pristine condition. Because of this, Ron was confident he could sell quickly at full or above asking price. True to his word, we had 3 generous offers on the first day of listing, one well over ask. We were thrilled with how this went until the home inspection. An apparently less than competent inspector reported sub-srandard insulation in the attic and water damage in the kitchen ceiling below the second floor bath. Needless to say the offer was withdrawn. After significant time and expense to bring in professionals to address the issues, we found both were unfounded. The insulation was equal to or above standard and the was absolutely no evidence of water. Angry and frustrated, we were ready to throw in the towel and take our home off the market. However, with his calm, professional demeanor, Ron again reassured us that he would not only help us sell the house at the price we hoped for, but potentially even more to offset the funds we lost to the blundered inspection. He understood we were less than trusting at this point, but his confidence in his ability won us over. So 2 weeks after our first attempt, our home was once more on the market. Just like the first time, we received multiple offers on the first day, again accepting one above asking. Fortunately this time the inspection and other conditions were addressed without issue and the sale closed. There were many other little snafus related to the sale not discussed in this review, but suffice to say that Ron stayed in close contact and gave us the constant benefit of his years of expertise all the way through it. Communications by text and email were promptly answered and, as necessary, Ron did not hesitate to meet with us in person to review issues and next steps. We are very excited about moving forward with the next phase of our lives and cannot thank Ron enough for his patience, understanding and expertise in helping make this transition possible. It is without hesitation that we recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home.
