<p>Whether buying or selling our homes, Ronald was very involved throughout our adventures. Very "hands on" and thoughtful. I felt he represented us as he would his own family member. Always responded quickly, if I EVER had to leave a message. Would explain anything thoroughly when I didn't understand. During negotiations(which can be stressful) Ronald did represent us with our goals in mind, we had established at the beginning of any process. Ron was professional, relaxed and made the experience of selling our home and purchasing our forever home an easy positive experience. We were referred from a friend to contact Ron and in the long run he has become a very good friend. He was able to put us in a neighborhood that met all our families requirements for schools, shopping, commuting and recreation. The day will come when we will have to downsize and I feel comfortable letting Ron handle the details of selling and helping us find our retirement home.
