Ron is awesome. He made the process of selling my house far easier than I expected it to be, was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process, and was available to answer questions or concerns of mine at any time. Even during the difficult selling time of Covid 19 Ron was able to set up viewings safely and quickly. His feedback forms that are filled out by people who view the property are fantastic tools to learn why people are interested or not in the property, and help make adjustments if needed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the way the entire selling process went, and I'd recommend Mr Kleefman to anybody looking to sell their home.

I chose Ron due to his high ranking and reviews in this site as I wanted an agent who knew the area and could understand this market and use that knowledge to show the positives of our property. We had the duplex listed with a different agent and company previously and the difference in service was night and day. We listed with Ron in December, not an easy time to try and sell, yet we had a steady stream of people viewing the property and he followed up to receive their feedback to assist us. He stopped by often, did open houses, reached out to his contacts and even attempted to shovel after an unexpected snowfall! He provided comparable listing to help guide us to an appropriate for the market price point and checked in with us a couple times a week.
