I have gone through these guys for 3 properties so far. They are very patient and constantly look out for your best interests. This was a refreshing change from some of the other realtors I had used in the past who just wanted to close the transaction ASAP. They had good negotiation skills during offer time and even helped with setting up reno and financing. Highly recommend.

We were very fortunate that we met this agent. He was courteous, punctual, helpful, knowledgeable and met all our needs. We were not really in the market to buy a house at this time. Ron showed us various houses and sent us price comparisons on each house that interested us. Eventually, we saw a house that we could not afford to pass on. Ron helped us to facilitate a deal to make us, as buyers, extremely happy. I would definitely recommend him and I will also be dealing with him for our future purchases.

We loved working with Ron. Our house was a tricky sell due to a feature (pool) which wasn't in the areas buying market. In the end he was able to do it!! It's also nice see we weren't just another customer, he calls to see how we are all doing. A golf game should be planned in the future.

I do not write so many reviews but when i want it means we received outstanding service. I 100% recommend Ron and SP for real estate needs. Ron cold called me years ago when i was not ready and kept in touch with me and was very professional and knows his craft. He asked my permission to send me listings and check-ins. after few years to disciplined and professional follow up when we were ready to sell our house and look for new home. Ron and SP really assisted us and actually consulted us from every angle. from tips to sell our house and how to get the maximum value to negotiating my new home and selecting the home we ask for in the neighborhood we want. Our transaction was not easy as it happened right before COVID-19 and we still manage to sell our house in less than 2 weeks and purchase the property. We received white glove turn key solution and treatment and i am sure that's how Ron and SP do for every customer. Once i put my faith and trust into Ron, i went full service with them from mortgage recommendation to movers and lawyer who closed the deal. Ron and SP went above & beyond in meeting and exceeding our expectations. Very rate combination of customer service excellence and attention to satisfaction.
