From the first meeting (very short notice just before christmas) to the actual decision to sell, Roger has been very professional, helpful and made the sometimes stressful experience of selling a very positive one. Throughout the whole process, he and his entire team (photos, measurements, booking of appointments and all of the little details required to successfully sell a home) have done and excellent job and are still with us for the transition. I wanted to relocate from Toronto to Moncton, and because I had already gotten a new job, I needed to purchase a house right away. It was my first time buying a house, so I didn't know anything about the process. Despite the distance, Roger was in constant contact with me from the very beginning, answering all of my questions and explaining everything. The process was so easy. I described the type of house I was looking for, and within one week, he found the perfect house. I didn't want to get in a bidding war, so he advised me on what to offer, and within two days, I had an accepted offer. From then on, he took care of everything. He set up the inspection, gave me referrals for home insurance, lawyer and moving companies. He even went as far as providing me with a referral for a painting company and offering me a list of things I need to get done before taking possession of the house. Roger went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent to make me feel comfortable and at ease buying my new house. I am impressed by how friendly and helpful he and his team have been with me. He even offered to buy groceries and stock up my fridge since I will have to isolate for two weeks when I arrive there. A fantastic agent with a great team! The bottom line is this: He provided me with excellent service and communication and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He got me the house I wanted within a very short time and saved me money. I am grateful for his help and recommend him to anyone that wants to buy a house in Moncton.
