This is the 3rd home purchase/sale Rochelle has helped me with. Not only is Rochelle friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced, she goes above and beyond, going out of her way to ensure things go smoothly and helps wherever she can. Rochelle also has good connections for home inspectors and septic inspectors etc. Her knowledge of the current real estate market in the Salmon Arm, BC surroundings helped us make the choice to purchase in Sorrento, BC where comparable homes are lower in price and property taxes are more affordable. She explained things to us throughout the process and pointed things out to us when looking at homes including any neighborhood bylaws that might affect our lifestyle and being able to store things on the property. We would definitely recommend Rochelle to help sell or purchase a home.

Rochelle spent a lot of time making sure that we priced my townhouse correctly, which made for a very quick sale. She took care of some things that definitely were not in her job description (which was so helpful). And she's a strong negotiator. Very professional all around.
