Days ago my wife and I purchased a home from the Golfi Team and the selling agent was Rose Martigno. Rose was attentive, punctual, and very knowledgeable in answering all of our many questions, was also very professional and an amazing person to deal with. He is a criminal. False advertising on the listing. And now he has held our deposit for over 2.5 weeks when the deal fell through. Stay far away.
