This person sold my house. Was very unfamiliar with the area and the value of the property. Spent nothing on marketing after promising he will advertise my property in a variety of trade magazines and websites. Took some crappy photos himself.We received some low ball offers well below asking and encouraged us to take them in order to collect a quick buck. If you hire him to list your property , expect the same treatment. I was duped into this situation. Don't be foolish , shop around for an experienced and honest agent. Any positive review for this person is written by someone who a close friend. Don't believe the lie . This guy is your worst nightmare

<p>I was very happy to have enlisted Robert Voll as my agent to sell and by my homes. Robert scheduled all meetings and interactions at my convenience after work and on weekends. He provided me with outstanding advice about how to prepare my home for sale and what I should be looking in the purchase of my new home. He has incredible attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and is extremely kind and personable. He was always expedient in returning my calls, searching for properties, and setting up tours. Robert worked hard, illustrated a great understanding of contract details, negotiation etiquette and documentation.</p> <p>I would highly recommend Robert Voll to anyone, and it was a real pleasure working with him.</p>
