<p>Robert was knowledgeable and passionate in his desire to ensure my goals were met. Somewhat like a dog with a bone. He was persistent and communicative so I always was comfortable that I knew where I stood. He made the experience fun and enjoyable.</p>

<p>I am a first time homebuyer and Robert helped throughout the process. He guided me and taught me everything that I need to do to purchase my first home. Robert is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their homes.</p>

We were out of town buyers (relocating to Kelowna for work) and we contacted him in advance to assist with us our housing needs. Despite our indecision to rent or buy, Robert was ready to take action on whichever option we chose.</p> <p>When it reached a point where it seemed like we were going to put our purchase on hold, Robert was more than willing to keep an eye out for a solution to our situation and to keep in contact with us if an opportunity came up. It wasn't long before we were ready to take the plunge and Robert ensured that the entire process went smoothly.</p> <p>Considering we were out of town buyers, Robert always made himself available and was patient/accommodating regarding the time difference.</p> <p>In preparation for our relocation, we began to contact real estate agents in advance with the goal of building a trusting relationship with just 1 agent to facilitate our needs. It didn't take long for us to come across Robert and I truly believe that not only finding a home but actually purchasing one wouldn't have become a reality if we had a different agent.</p> <p>Robert worked tirelessly to ensure we ended up in the best possible situation and it was evident that he works equally hard for all of his clients. He more than proved his dedication and expertise to us, and I am confident that he will prove the same to many others!</p>
