I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. Not only was he willing and able to work with me on incredibly short notice, but he did so in a way that put this first-time home buyer at ease. He always had a recommendation at the ready if needed in any part of the process, he was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the town, the paperwork, and everything we needed to know, and helped us get a great price on our new home. We've been here for about six months now and are incredibly happy with the purchase, and highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy in Whistler.

Rob knew of so many details that we weren't even aware of. It was reassuring that Rob was on top of everything. His knowledge and history of our town is second to none. Great communication as well, and Rob has a lot of contacts. This was our first house purchase and it was stress free.

Rob was outstanding! He worked hard to understand our wants and needs. He was patient, easy to relate to, and thorough. He sent us statistics and comparables, and knows the market and different areas well. He did virtual views within hours of requests and kept us in the know of new places coming on the market. He set us up with contacts and realtors if he was unable to attend due to conflicts. He even supported us with contacts for cleaning and measurements for a washer drier after the purchase. We highly recommend Rob!

Rob went the extra mile, actually a few extra miles. Whether it’s doing a remote video tour while we were stuck in the city and couldn’t meet in person, or coming up with creative negotiations at closing, Rob’s energy, expertise and willingness to help got us the perfect Whistler home. I’d highly recommend Rob as a buyer’s agent. If we decide to sell, he’ll be our listing agent for sure. -Mark
