Robbie has helped me with 2 sales and 1 purchase over the last few years and he's a top notch realtor. He is always acting with kindness, professionalism, and with the best interest of his clients in mind. From the time he takes to undertake thorough market assessments, to advising on the smallest details of staging for photographs, to walking through each and every detail of a contract - it is clear Robbie cares deeply for the people that he works with. I found my last sale particularly stressful - Robbie was patient, compassionate, and despite the frenzy of the market, still made time to check in, drop off the odd coffee, and show up however I needed him to. Real estate is a tricky business full of lots of big talkers and veneer - agents like Robbie prove the value of realtors, and the kindness of good people. Thanks for everything Robbie!

From our chance meeting at an open house to getting the keys to our new home, Robbie was fantastic every step of the way. He is honest, genuine, and wants to find you the home that *you* want, or help you figure out what it is that you want. He is very plugged in and knows Edmonton and its neighbourhoods extremely well. He is extremely knowledgable and ready to answer any question you may have. He is also really fun to be around. 10/10 would use Robbie again.

My husband and I were looking for a honest and competent Realtor to sell our house, and that's how Robbie was referred to us. We both felt at ease from the very first conversation. Our house was difficult to sell and the market wasn't helping, but Robbie asked us to trust him and I'm so grateful we did! Robbie moves so fast, We've gotten the chance to meet Alexine immediately and the staging done the very next day. The whole selling experience was classy and rewarding. Robbie advised about the mortgage broker and the lawyer as well. We followed his advice and were very impressed by their work ethic and honesty. Because of Robbie and his amazing team, we received multiple offers and were able to sell our house at a very attractive price and in a timely manner. We were also able to buy the home of our dreams, and as nice as they are, Robbie and Alexine are great negotiators. We were able to buy a property in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. We are so happy we put our faith in Robbie. We can't stop recommending him.
