<p>Robb and Bob were excellent to deal with during the sale of an estate property I was responsible for. I live out of town and really appreciated their willingness to be the ‘boots on the ground’ for me to help prepare and sell the property. We had a very good conversation early on where communication preferences were discussed which made things go smoothly. I’ve been dealing with Robb mostly and he has been professional, patient, and eager to get the sale done and all his hard work paid off. Within one week of listing we had an open house and two offers. We sold at the asking price with a quick closing date. A great experience from start to finish.</p>
