<p>A testimonial for Rimpy,</p> <p>My wife and I have experience with purchasing and selling homes but on this occasion we were looking for a new home with a laneway house in Vancouver and we were fortunate enough to meet Rimpy at an open house. She was professional, knowledgeable and very personable which made things that much easier for us. After the initial meeting, Rimpy changed our way of thinking when it comes to real estate as she was able to propose alternatives to having to sell our current home prior to purchasing, a strategy we never even thought of or would’ve even considered had it not been for speaking with her. After a few viewings we decided to write an offer on a home and during the negotiations, it was clear that her priorities are her clients and their best interests at all times. It was a house in an area that we really loved and we were willing to pay close to the asking price for it but when negotiations came to a stall due to the builders unwillingness to repair deficiencies and asking for a higher price from us because he knew we loved the home, Rimpy was always upfront with us about the good and the bad and advised us to walk away from the deal because of how she saw what was happening and didn’t want our family to be taken advantage of and swindled to pay more for less. We put our trust into her and agreed with her insight and walked away from that deal. A few months later we found a home that was comparable and even better to the first home and Rimpy was able to close the deal quickly at a much lower price than asking even when compared to the other home! Because of Rimpy we were able to purchase our beautiful dream home with everything we wanted and needed with substantial savings on the purchase price!!!</p> <p>Rimpy’s knowledge, experience and expertise stretches far beyond just buying and selling homes, she’s a “Jane” of all trades and a one stop shop for all things related to real estate. We had the pleasure of working with the Rimpy Hothi for the sale of our home. She was very patient and went through the entire process from a mortgage approval, staging, lawyers to movers and sold our home within 5 weeks. She also helped us find our dream home within 10 days of selling our existing home.
