We interviewed ten different agents before choosing who to work with, and from the start Rima stood out. We first met her at an open house, mentioned we were thinking of listing, and she immediately went the extra mile—personally driving to our home to drop off a thoughtful package and following up to be sure we received it. Before we’d even made our decision, she recommended viewing our home mid-renovation, offered helpful suggestions, and checked in regularly to see how the work was coming along—often bringing a treat just to brighten our day. She even prepared a professional write-up for the property while we were still in the interview process. Once we officially partnered, her dedication only grew. She brought in items to help stage the home, hosted an agent open house, and invited me to attend. She arrived with fresh flowers, delicious goodies, and even a special gift for our dog (who can be a bit of a handful, but she won him over!). Her marketing was outstanding—creative advertising, beautiful photos and videos—and she kept us informed every step of the way with a positive, upbeat attitude. Selling a home can be stressful, but thanks to Rima it became one of the best real estate experiences we’ve ever had.
