I worked with Ricky and Marcel to sell my condo and purchase my first home. They took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and were extremely communicative, responsive, collaborative, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. In a very competitive market, they found me the perfect home that checked all of my boxes. Working with them was a positive and enjoyable experience—highly recommend both Ricky and Marcel!

Ricky provided exceptional service from the very first meeting when I was looking to sell my home. He consistently provided top notch service as well as wise and solid advice, with an outcome of both a quick and painless sale, and on to finding and purchasing the perfect next home that met all of my needs, all within a very short timeline. He also made what can be a difficult and stressful time fun! His responsiveness and commitment to his clients is second to none and I would highly recommend him!!

We worked with Ricky in the spring of 2022 to sell our home. We were expecting our second child, and had made the decision to move back to our hometown to be closer to family. I interviewed several realtors, but Ricky’s knowledge of Riverbend / southwest Edmonton could not be beat. He helped us stage our home with furniture we already had on hand. At our request he recommended a cleaning service (to help us get it photo and buyer ready). He brought in a fantastic photographer to showcase our home online and in brochures. He generated interest in our home before it even went to market. We were thrilled when we received an offer (at list price) the first day the house went on the market. When the buyer’s home inspection identified something unexpected and the buyer backed out, Ricky was with us every step of the way. He helped us in finding solutions to remediate the issue and was able to regenerate interest in our home!Within a couple of weeks we had a new, but equal offer and the buyers were satisfied with the results of their inspection. Ricky had recommended we do a pre-inspection during his initial meeting with us. We declined as we were trying to get the house to market ASAP! However I would advise others to listen to the professionals! Listening to Ricky’s advice would have resulted in the first offer sticking! Ricky was always available to answer our questions (and the potential buyers!). He was so responsive and a true professional in every way. He has a heart of gold, and cares for his clients. We felt really supported through the whole experience, even through the bumps in the process. We overall had a great experience!

We were first time home buyers and nervous about the process. We had an idea of what we wanted and Ricky was supportive and provided valuable insight to help us find our perfect fit. He was with us every step of the way, from sending us listings to attending the inspection of our new home to making sure we were settling in and happy. I can't speak highly enough of his professional manner and genuine kindness!

Ricky is an excellent realtor who found us the perfect house after only visiting 4 other places as he was very attentive of our needs/wants.
