Rick helped me with the sale of my condo recently. I had researched other realtors before I signed with Rick. It was his brochure he had for my neighbour's listing that caught my eye. The description of that listing was impressive, describing the benefits of that particular location. I met with Rick to discuss selling my condo. He described the contacts and services he uses to provide the pictures and video, his marketing options, etc. I had no qualms about signing Rick's listing agreement, knowing the level of service he commits to his clients. The quick response via text, email or phone call was always responded to with expediency. His warm personality exudes confidence one desires when putting the sale of one's home in his capable hands!
