Rick is an outstanding realtor! His daughter as well. Rick is very knowledgeable with all his years of experience. He is very down to earth, kind, caring- and he simplifies the process. Rick has a wonderful disposition. He is easy to talk too and his great sense of humour is a bonus. I appreciated from the start- the package and how he explained the process by sitting down so we could communicate in person. Most of the process was like this. When we exchanged text messages Rick always responded promptly or gave me reminders and updates so we were always on the same page. The process was a little unsettling at first. From our first meeting Rick had put me in a positive space so I was able to deal with the process of selling my house ‘positively.’ With copious amounts of paperwork- Rick made it easy. Everything was prepared. He went through each document with me and he was very explanatory before I signed anything. I would highly recommend Rick as a realtor. His disposition and kindness, his knowledge, his fair negotiation, his ability to work with you- is phenomenal. Rick 💯 enjoys his work. It shows. I will give Rick and his daughter a full 5 stars! I am grateful that I chose the BEST.

Rick did an awesome job of selling with in a short period of time , pricing the home correctly. Absolutely an amazing Agent. Highly recommended .

I have known Rick for quite some time and he is very professional and works for you either buying or selling. Definitely would use him again if I moved back to Regina or area. Even though the market for condo's/row houses was down he still managed to get the sale done.
