I was looking at selling my home on my own when Rick called to come view the property. He came and we talked about the history of the house and all the work done throughout the years. He seen that I had guitars in the house and we talked guitars for a long time. I learned he just got back into real estate, and thought I would give him a shot. He made sure the house was strategically priced and got a backup evaluation from his broker. The house sold in 72 hours and I was very happy with the sale price. He kept in constant contact and still does. Even after the sale he still drops in and we jam a couple hours on guitars.
