We ended up in a pretty sticky situation with a mortgage broker and a bank. Richard was absolutely invaluable in helping us navigate the issue. he's incredibly patient and very knowledgeable about almost every area of the City and surrounding, as well as his knowledge of the real estate market in general and specifics regarding most things we asked. Would highly recommend him to anybody else, particularly first-time buyers.
