Ive known Richard pèlerin since I was very young he is Honest and ready to answer any question needed and very knowledgeable highly recommended!

He is knowledgeable, professional and honest. Always quick to respond when you leave a message. He goes out of his way and beyond to help you with the process selling/ buying a house.

We met over 20 real estate agents during this time and the only one that managed to form a relationship with us was Richard. He is honest, authentic, genuine, and kind. He clearly made a point of building a trusting relationship with us (our teenagers adore him)! He shared all of his invaluable knowledge as he got to know us and knew exactly where we’d be our happiest. He provided us so many contacts and was always available to show us anywhere or answer anything. I’d absolutely recommend him to anybody who is looking for somebody who will find them somewhere with meaning…. If you’re looking for home and not just a house, Richard is the Realtor for you! We will absolutely keep in touch and go fishing (that’s when you know it’s a job well done). You won’t find a better man!
