We are from Vancouver area and took a drive up to West Kelowna to look at properties. We just met Richard and he showed us around for a few days and we were very impressed with his service and knowledge of the area. We will most definitely use Richard services once we buy. We will also tell all her friends and relatives about him.

Rich was great to work with from start to finish! Setting up all viewing appointments was extremely efficient and communication was great throughout the process. He had a personal emergency during the viewing process and we had an appointment set up that he was not able to attend so he literally called me from the hospital bed to arrange another agent (Rebecca April - another great agent) to attend in his place! This was the place I ended up buying and he knew we needed to act quickly. After the offer was accepted Rich provided a complete step-by-step process of what needed to be done and when. Being a first-time home buyer this was extremely helpful to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. After all subjects were removed communication was still great and was always easy to contact. Fast forward a couple weeks and he brought the keys to my new house and I could not be happier! Overall great guy and he made the process straight forward and easy. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
