Richard was fantastic to work with! He has worked with my parents before and there was no doubt that we would use his services. I highly recommend using Richard as he is very positive and reassuring when making the biggest decision of your life.

Richard was enormously helpful to us in selling the house with great suggestions about everything related to the sale. He does a lot of marketing. We sold the house in a couple of days, but he had an open house the following weekend that was attended by a lot of people.

Richard definitely has the expertise when it comes to buying and selling a house. He has been nothing but patient and helpful with any questions we have had along the way.
