Hai vợ chồng mình phải nói là rất biết ơn anh Richard. Mình đã dọn về Toronto vì nhu cầu công việc, cũng gọi qua một vài Agents khác để chia sẻ thì ko đi tới đâu cho tới khi nói chuyện với anh Richard về việc muốn bán căn nhà đang có tenants ở. Anh lập tức hỗ trợ bằng cách nói chuyện với tenants, tìm ra giải pháp tốt nhất để có thể show nhà nhưng ko ảnh hưởng tới cuộc sống tenants cũng như được hơn cả giá mà tụi mình có thể mong đợi.
