Rhonda has been my go-to Realtor for anything real estate. She has expertly facilitated three real estate transactions for us over the years : two sales and a purchase. The sales were in Lake Summerside and the purchase of a previously occupied home was in Chapelle Gardens. The sales were marketed by Rhonda and her Assistant Stacey with the utmost professionalism and know-how. Rhonda makes it her job to have an acute understanding of the past and current markets in all types of homes: Detached, semi-detached, and town homes. She has a proactive approach to identifying potential issues, concerns, and risks to the deal from both the Buyers and Sellers perspectives. Her sales strategy for our recent sale resulted in multiple offers within hours of our home being listed. We accepted an offer above asking price! Buying previously occupied homes can often be complex deals with numerous items typically requiring addressing from a thorough home inspection. Rhonda is a true “Driver” and “Deliverer” and was able to bring that purchase to a successful deal. She has an impressive knowledge of home maintenance and upgrades, as well as the various components that go into a safe and happy home. I have owned and sold several homes over many years in various markets. The value-add that Rhonda brings to real estate transactions truly exceeded my expectations (and I am somewhat of a “detailed perfectionist”by nature ;-). I would not even consider using any other Realtor other than Rhonda Navratil in Edmonton. She truly excels at what she does.

I chose Rhonda because she is a very down to earth woman who knows her job well. I had pirchased a property in teh past with her and i liked her from the get go. She is professional and explains things when necessary. Her assistant Stacy was amazing too and both werre hoghly motivated and on top of everything from beginning to end. Highly recommend! Rhonda Narvtail was the realtor who assisted us in selling our summerside home and we are so happy we chose her. When you think of Summerside realtors, you think of Rhonda Narvtail - her sold signs are frequently seen on the front lawns of many homes in the Summerside neighbourhood. She comes to mind as the ideal realtor not only because of her excellent track record selling Summerside homes but also because of her love of the community which is made obvious by the various Summerside activities that Rhonda organizes such as community clean ups, Canada Day flag distribution and Christmas parades just to name a few.  Rhonda was so knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish. She guided us through what improvements were necessary before listing the house, she suggested a sale price that made our house competitive in the area, she encouraged us to counter and receive a fair price for our home, she frequently checked in throughout the process to provide us with updates and answer any questions that we might have had, her response times to inquiries, she provided us personal recommendations for tried and true vendors such as a carpet repair company and a real estate lawyer and above all she was so friendly!  We would also like to extend a thank you to Rhonda’s assistant Stacey who was always happy to answer any questions that we had, she updated us often regarding next steps and she was so bubbly and friendly making our experience very enjoyable!  We would definitely recommend Rhonda Narvtail for anyone who is about to begin the process of selling their home! It can be an overwhelming and stressful process but with Rhonda and her team, it truly was as seamless as possible.
