Rhonda is an exceptional realtor and all round kind person. She not only has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry, but she loves what she does and it shines through! She was so wonderful on the sale of our home. It can be incredibly overwhelming when you’re making decisions regarding one of the most important sales/purchases of your life, but she figuratively held our hand the entire time! She has top tier negotiation skills to get you what you deserve, is professional, patient and works hard for you. I would not hesitate to use her as our realtor again and again!

My wife and I decided to list the home we built on Lake Newell so we could move closer to our kids. Our meeting started with an extensive review of the property, list price, items that go with the home and an overview of how this works, which is more technical than one would think. Our house sold in less than two weeks with offers coming in while we’re on vacation out of the country. Through all this, Rhonda was extremely professional and knowledgeable helping us go through some items that were more challenging than they needed to be, which was a huge help. I’m not sure if people realize how easy it is to mess up the sale of your home without a great agent, which we clearly had in Rhonda Bellamy.
