When we began thinking about selling our home and buying a newer bigger home to accommodate our growing family, we did not know where to start. The sale and purchase of homes is not just about having a place to live, it is an extremely difficult and stressful process. Reza was tremendous in our selling situation - primarily establishing early trust with our condo tenants, while navigating a narrow selling timeline. His over communication, with all parties, was required while balance the needs of all stakeholders while being mindful of health and safety during the pandemic (pre-vaccination).
