We had very specific requirements for our new home - Reuben worked with us (patiently) until those requirements were satisfied. He advised us on the pros and cons of various places and helped us see the situation more widely. However, he never told us what tp do - always leaving it up to us. He helped us sell our house and buy our new home. His predictions as to prices we could sell for and buy for turned out to be correct.
