We had a great experience with Renee. As a first time home buyer and new to Sudbury, we were relying wholly on her to provide insights on things to watch out, pricing, which areas are good, red flags, etc. She did a great job in noticing aspects of the house which we would never have noticed. For pricing, she provided an excellent market comparison report of recently sold houses. In a market like Sudbury where sold prices are not public knowledge, this report was very valuable for us to decide on how much we should bid for any house. She gave great advise in terms of which conditions are relevant to put in the offer and how to best approach the bidding process. With her we were confident that she had our best interests in mind when making any suggestion / recommendation. She was prompt in her responses and was able to coordinate a home inspection the very next day of our offer being accepted. Renee was very flexible in accommodating viewings at times convenient to us. She was also very patient with our 3 year old and befriended her which made spending the entire day seeing houses a pleasant experience for the little one. Apart from giving great advice on home purchase, Renee also provided us advise and recommendations on life in Sudbury, starting from how to look for daycares to which are the taxi services and snow shoveling services in the area. We would strongly recommend working with Renee.

She really works hard by attending to as many showings as per our request, sending new and current houses on the market, as well as giving us insight on the various informations required for this process. Shes helped us with referrals to other individuals for us to work with (aka; lawers, mortage broker, etc.), and was very resourceful throughout this process. She’s very punctual, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and works in a timely manner. Renee is a really genuine person and you can really tell that she has a true passion for real estate, and is truly there to help you find your new home whilst being selfless throughout the process.
