Once we became more motivated to move, Renata helped us make an offer on a house. We ended up passing on inspection, but we were able to make an offer on an even better fit for us within a month. Renata assisted us by identifying the house and helping us make the first offer on the house, as well as negotiate a fair price. Renata helped us coordinate a team to make renovations on our previous property. We sold it at a fantastic price thanks to Renata’s guidance on renovations, professional staging, and great marketing. Overall a fantastic experience, and we could not be happier. Renata and her network of professionals are committed to dealing fairly with clients while providing incredible value. What nice things can't we say about Renata! She is so dedicated in every aspect of the process. When we ran into issues, she was amazing at helping deal with them, she literally bent over backwards to help us come up with solutions. She helped us with every issue we ran up against. We wouldn't have been able to get through everything without her. I have heard some horror stories from others that Renata's experience, detail oriented approach and persistence prevented us from going through. She is also a genuinely good and nice person that you can trust.
