<p>Reggie was outstanding. He was very flexible and gave us excellent advice. He always went above and beyond everything we expected. He was very personable, open and honest. He was realistic and was not afraid to share is thoughts and concerns about any property (which were always impartial). He never tried to encourage us to look seriously at houses we were not in love with. He was much more concerned with our desires, and future lives in the home, than trying to make a sale. He also gave excellent advice on potential future opportunities with the property and the market.</p> <p>I would be more than happy to recommend Reggie to anyone we know looking to buy a home.</p>

<p>We had used Reggie for 3 transactions in the last 2 years. It didn't matter the price of either transaction-the same attention was given. We never felt that we were taking any of his time. He was always prompt and got back to us right away.He had the answers to our questions before we even asked them. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We had a lot of fun together too!</p>

I cant say enough great things about Reggie! As a first time buyer he was an amazing realtor to have. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and found a number of properties within my price range. He was never pushy and always made himself available anytime I had questions. He kept me up-to-date on any new listings and would schedule viewings very quickly. When it came to bidding, he was an excellent negotiator and always came up with a realistic figure based on the market, and made sure I was comfortable with the amount.
