Reena was an incredible help in us buying our first home in Edmonton. Great knowledge of the area, incredibly accommodating and helped us find both the right area and the right home for us. Reena made buying our house easy and walked us through the proper steps to take to get what we wanted for the price we wanted.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Reena. Just an awesome and very well rounded real estate agent!! I am this overthinking, number crunching for hours individual looking for the right property value in a chaotic market. After spending over a year looking for the place I could call home with 3 different real estate agents, I had lost faith in this process and was planning to run solo. Then, I met Reena... Knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying process she helped me understand the market better, narrow down my research to some select properties and close the deal in the easiest way I could have imagined. She can most certainly impress you in many ways, starting with her professionalism and outstanding communication skills: Right off the bat she would establish a respectful, kind & team like relationship. She would follow up on a regular basis and make herself available for any sort of questions you may have, be it directly related to the purchase or not. Again about Reena's solid knowledge of the buying process, she advised me better than my mortgage broker did... Had to change him as well, by the way... When he was about to jeopardize the deal due to mortgage insurance issues, she enlightened me about other available options thereby saving the day. Actually, she saved the day more than once: • With her outstanding negotiation skills she went to war for me and managed to get me the property I wanted at the right value in an inflated market context...I did not even have to play the counter offer game... Way to go Reena!! ​ • And even after the sale happened that is after releasing the funds to the seller, I shared with Reena that I wanted multiple extra sets of keys. One might say, it's a little late in the process for such a want; especially considering an extra set of keys in my case was $150 each... I beg you pardon? too late you say? this is Reena!! Obviously the seller pushed back at first; but Reena's regular follow ups and perseverance had the sellers prepare brand new sets of keys at the seller's cost. I could talk more about Reena's distinguished approach and demeanor but I'd rather not spoil it for those about to experience it first hand. All in all my personal experience was fun and productive. Reena is set to be my preferred real estate agent for future acquisitions of this kind. Thanks Reena and safe regards to everyone.

Very nice lady. Very quick to get back to you. Found me many listings that were very particular to what I was looking for. Was able to find me the exact house I was looking for in 2 days flat. A very keen person that is intuitive and thoughtful. An excellent choice if your unsure of who to turn to.
