I was recommended to Reed by a friend who had worked with him when buying his condo. At that point I had already been working with another realtor but decided to give Reed a shot. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and how he explained things to me that my previous realtor never even touched on. Working with Reed has been a real pleasure, he never rushed us to make a purchase, and I always felt like he had my husband and I's best interest at heart. We are extremely happy with our new home and truly could not have asked for a better real estate agent.

Reed helped me uproot myself after 35 years and represented my interests well. He also kept my spirits up when I was overwhelmed by everything I needed to do and decide. He went above and beyond in getting my apartment ready for sale. He also represented me well when I bought my new apartment. I feel I got a fair price for my old apartment, given its condition and issues with the building. I highly recommend Reed.

Reed was a lovely and thorough real estate agent. He is detail-oriented regarding features of properties to show and documents to peruse, as well as regarding our particular wants and needs as we were searching. He was highly patient regarding our search--always wanting what was best for us, never wanting us to settle on something. We loved his sense of humour along with his directness. Reed's schedule was always accommodating, which made it very easy for us re: our own busy schedules. And once everything was all said and done, we were kind of sad we wouldn't be seeing Reed anymore--though he was great to answer questions he had even after all was signed and keys handed over. Given all this, we wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Reed to other home buyers or sellers.
