Reec helped us find the property we will close on next month, and did a great job! We are moving from Nebraska to Nova Scotia, so could not go visit properties ourselves. He visited numerous houses and took detailed videos for us. He helped us with two contracts that failed due to less scrupulous agents, as well as one we were outbid on, and finally with the contract which we will complete in less than a month. He has also made sure that the negotiated repairs have been started (or some completed) so that we can close on time. I am sure we will be quite happy in our new home, and we are planning to make this one our lifetime residence!
