Reec was amazing to work with. We lived out of province and he went out of his way to ensure we looked at homes that would fit our needs. He connected us with external resources required to close on the home, took video for us to be able to have a good picture of what we were buying “sight unseen” He got us into our perfect home.

Reec was extremely easy and wonderful to work with! Highly recommended if you're looking for a hands-on realtor who will give you his honest opinion. Reec was very professional in dealing with us. He want out of his way to help us to find our home. He always answered all of our questions. We would use reec again if we need another home. He is very knowledgeable about his market.

We purchased virtually and had done a lot of research ourselves. I don't think Reec was too familiar with Parrsboro, but whenever I asked questions, he was very quick to find the answers. I had a friend go thru the house to vet it first, then when everything seemed ok, we asked Reec to go thru. He drove 2-2.5 hours (one way) to do a virtual tour of the house with us! Although we have never met him in person, he seems like a very honest, hard-working person who will go out of his way to help.
