I have worked with Ray as a buyer, and a seller. 1)He is professional, but fun to work with. Ray has up-to-date knowledge of the Calgary real estate scene. This knowledge, combined with his extensive experience, is a winning combination. 2)Ray showed his competitive streak more than once, when convincing me to successfully offer slightly less (when buying), or ask for slightly more (when selling), than I would have thought. 3)Ray was of great help when I was out-of-town during some of my transactions (for example, when I was selling a rental property, Ray dealt with the furniture left behind in the suite) 4)Ray had great contacts to assist with repairs or updates in the property. I would recommend Ray whole-heartedly!!

Ray was absolutely wonderful to work with, and was very thorough and patient in helping me find my new home. I found Ray to be knowledgable about everything from condos to detached homes, as well as neighbourhoods. We worked with Ray in 2009 and 2010 to buy a condo and sell a home and the experience was so stress free and professional we immediately thought of him this spring when we decided to buy a home and then sell the condo. As before, Ray was extremely helpful and informative and gave honest answers to our questions or concerns regarding any part of the transaction. He has a wealth of experience as a realtor and is completely willing to share that knowledge with you. I looked at a lot of homes over a 2 day period and Ray was always very patient and thorough when viewing the homes and presenting me with information on the neighborhoods or surrounding areas. His knowledge of the city - the arts, restaurants, shopping, etc is very comprehensive. Ray will always be the first realtor we think of for any future transactions in Calgary.
