<p>I would like to start off by saying, would never even consider using another Realtor other than Ray. His team works so well together to ensure their clients are getting the best possible house for their family. We were first time home buyers and had millions of questions and Ray sat down with us and answered all of them and really explained everything we needed to know. We really liked how relaxed he was, he did not try to "sell" a house to us. He showed us what we knew would be a solid house that had things he knew we would like in our budget, knowing what monthly amount we could afford and live comfortable.</p> <p>When we found the right home for us, we loved how he would randomly text or call us throughout the process to make sure we were still comfortable with how things were going and if we needed assistance with anything. When the deal firmed up and it was time to move we LOVED how he was with his trailer and this service he provided. We saved a lot of money by him allowing us to use this for free. He was very efficient with the trailer, he gave us as much time as we needed to load it. He moved it for us on a weekend and 10 minutes after we told him we were ready which is amazing and within 15 minutes of us telling him we were done he removed it so it was not taking up space in the driveway.</p> <p>Ray is not only our Realtor now, but a great friend to us. Thank you for everything.</p>

Due to the excellent strategies utilized to market our property, our house sold within three weeks. Ray, in combination with his very personable and competent assistant Holly, made concerted efforts to ensure that we were always apprised of the most up-to-date information and listings in our price range.</p> <p>We are very grateful to have had this opportunity to have worked with them.
