<p>My Wife and I had great and fantastic experience with Ray and that we strongly recommend him. When we listed our house with a different agent it didn’t sell fast and we didn’t get a good rate. When we listed it Ray he gave us amazing rate for house and the house sold the highest in our neighbourhood! Ray extremely knows his knowledge of the market and in the real stage agent process. When Ray listed our home he used various marketing strategies. That way our house sold in a fast period of time and got sold in a high rate. Not only did ray help us list our house he also helped us purchase a new one. The price was listed a bit high but thanks to ray he give us a amazing deal which we are still shocked about.
