I have used Ray for both buying and selling property in the GTA. He is by far the best agent I have ever used. When buying he was able to navigate the complex market and negotiate an excellent deal. When selling it was unbelievable the leads and showings he was able to generate and sold our property very quickly in a difficult market. I wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend him to anyone he always goes above and beyond.
