I honestly don’t even know where to start because finding this place felt impossible before we met Ravish. We’re a family of 6 with four kids ages 18 down to 1 and a half… so every viewing was either too small, way out of budget, or landlords just didn’t want to take the chance on a big family. After a while it started to feel pretty discouraging. We weren’t asking for luxury, just somewhere safe and stable where our kids could actually live comfortably. Ravish never once made us feel like we were asking for too much. He actually listened. Not just to the price range, but to what daily life would look like for us in terms of space, schools, proximity to the grocery store, parks, stroller logistics, even ensuring that there wasn’t a sidewalk so we could fit all 3 cars in the driveway/garage. Never once did he push us to stretch our budget (which everyone else kept hinting at), he worked inside it and kept saying “we’ll find the right one…trust me!” And somehow…he did. The house we’re renting now fits our family in a way I didn’t think was realistic in this market. The kids have space, the backyard is perfect, the area is beautiful, we’re not drowning financially, and for the first time in a long time the stress truly lifted the moment we got the keys. And we truly do owe it all to Ravish. It didn’t feel like a transaction. It felt like he was genuinely rooting for our family to land somewhere safe because he cared! So if you have a complicated situation, kids, tight budget, or feel like landlords will keep passing you over, you’d want someone like Ravish in your corner. Honestly!
