I purchased a new pre-construction home last year with Rashika and closed this past May. As a Realtor myself, I really appreciated her professionalism, clear communication, and guidance throughout the process. Coming from the GTA, I wasn’t familiar with the area, but Rashika helped make everything feel straightforward and manageable. She also helped me find excellent tenants shortly after closing. She had our back and fought for terms and conditions that we were firm on. When we decided to buy our home, we reached out to Rashika again and she was delighted to help. She was very easy to get a hold of by phone or email, and was always working hard to help us schedule viewings. Ultimately the house we bought Rashika showed it to us 3 times, just so we could be sure, and she was very supportive and not pushing us to buy the first house we saw.
