My wife and I approached Rasheed in early to mid November 2025 on the possibility of owning a home even with the little fund we could muster. After our discussion, he promised we should be able to get a good deal and move in on 17th December 2025. This seemed unbelievable to us. Behold, due to his professional competence as demonstrated through his guidance, counsel and followup the deal was truly closed on 17th December 2025.
