I’ve personally known Ranjit for 8 years now and in those 8 years, he’s been my agent on 3 transactions (soon to be 4th). Ranjit along with Sony did an awesome job getting our place sold in Georgetown. From our first meeting they came across as very knowledgeable and humble. We had very productive converstaions around listing price and listing strategy. They listened to our ideas and accommodated our thoughts. The photography and drone work was amazing and highlighted the great features of the house. Communication with Ranjit was frequent and quick. Within two weeks we had two offers and our house was sold for top dollar. I would recommend Ranjit to anyone looking to sell their home. Great job guys!
