Before meeting with Ranjit we were working with a very unprofessional, lazy realtor who was doing absolutely nothing for our property. Luckily for us we were given the opportunity to work with Ranjit and we were absolutely blown away. His knowledge of the Market and his patience in explaining his position is outstanding. This created the opportunity for multiple offers and a bidding war that ultimately ended with us selling our home for a record price on our street and in our neighbourhood.
