Wow….one more time amazing experience dealing with Ranjit Nijjar and Sonny Singh for our fourth transaction with them (both buying and selling) I think I am bit short of words to appreciate their help as we are relocating to Cambridge…..they helped us immensely with purchase of brand new home at a great price and needless to say that their real estate market knowledge helped us with selection of a proper place in Cambridge. The most important aspect (especially in tough market like this) is to prepare the property for sale and ensuring the traffic with accurate pricing strategy……I must say that the ACE it……proof is in the pudding that our large 6 bedroom home got SOLD in just 4 days and with really the price that we expected ….. and it turned out to.be a really clean deal. We have taken their help 4 times in various market condition and will never look at any other realtors for all of our property dealings since you can not beat the best…….we thank you Ranjit Nijjar and Sonny Singh for amazing help and experience one more time….most importantly for taking away ALL REAL ESTATE DEALING STRESS since that’s the most important thing.
