December 11 2025 Testimonial for Ranjit Nijjar, Remax Realty Services Inc. It is my pleasure in writing a testimonial on behalf of Ranjit Nijjar. I had the unique opportunity to work with Ranjit when he first arrived in Canada. He started working with our company and took on many assignments to get himself settled into a new country with his family. He was eager and extremely responsible. At a young age he started studying for his real estate license. Ambitious and determined to create a new life for himself. Eventually everyone did move on, and I lost touch with Ranjit. Fast forward October 2024, we are downsizing, and I am interviewing real estate agents. Ranjit was referred to me and I quickly called him up. Upon meeting him for the first time after so many years the young person I once knew has been practising real estate for 18 years. His dream was fulfilled! As soon as he walked through our front door – I knew he was the one that was going to handle the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. He took the time to discuss the sale and prep work that was required to put our home on the market. We were introduced to Sony Singh his associate who we found to be an incredible extension of Ranjit. Both seasoned professionals who are knowledgeable, skillful and verse in the markets. Ranjit and Sony promptly answered all my texts and arranged viewing of many properties that we short listed to see. We relied on their expertise and honesty in directing us in making a wise choice of our final home. Overall, I summarize my experience with three words: Professionalism, Integrity and Enthusiasm. On a very personal level I am blessed that Ranjit and I reconnected and he has turned out be a kind, decent and humble human being.
