Randy sold my son's condo 3 years ago - he was very honest & direct and my son's condo sold quickly so I contacted him to sell my condo. Randy is very personable and easy to work with, but always the ultimate professional! His marketing strategies are excellent - the photos and video done for my listing were so professional and the write-up was comprehensive & detailed. The open house was very busy, and my condo was booked solid with viewings from the time it was listed. It sold in 5 days. Communication with Randy was excellent - I was always up to date on the process, viewings, offers etc.. He successfully negotiated the purchase of my new home (multiple offers on it). He took care of all the minute details & issues that popped up so everything went smoothly until I got possession of my new home. Randy is the only realtor I would use to buy or sell a property. I trust him. I have recommended him to friends looking for a home.
