Randy is just so wonderful! I simply cannot say enough about how positive our experience has been all these years with Randy. Randy sold my condo on an assignment sale in less than 3 weeks during a pandemic. Assignment sales are already a hard purchase and especially during the pandemic... he made amazing efforts to make it happen.
