After he spoke to me on the phone, I was very impressed with his versed knowledge, the amount of data he has about the market, and his ability to explain in detail to a novice like me! As a first-time home buyer, I knew nothing about real estate, but he was, able to explain every step to me in detail and guided me successfully to become a homeowner. In the past, people made me believe that I could not get a mortgage from the bank or buy a property as a single mom. His versed knowledge of his job, patience, calmness, professionalism, and positive energy made the buying process seamless for me. Before moving into my home, he took me to the house, and educated me about the equipment, and numbers to call should I need servicing, this gladdened my heart. I will be a year old in my house in August, I have never had a reason to regret my buying the home, rather I always thank God for bringing Ramin my way. I will recommend him and his company any day, any time, and If I have the privilege of buying hundreds of houses, I will stick to Ramin and RE/MAX.
